We are from Missouri and were visiting family in Waukee when we had a flat tire while traveling along Hickman Road on Nov. 16. We were unable to get the flat tire off our vehicle and called Heartland. An employee came to us, completed the tire change for us and we followed him back to the business where our flat tire was repaired and put back on the vehicle. The cost was much lower than we expected, the service was outstanding and all employees were friendly and honest with us. Will highly recommend this business to anyone living in the area who needs an outstanding and trustworthy. These people are fantastic.
Our family lives on gravel and get a lot of nails in our tires. Lonnie is always good to get us in quickly for repairs. We buy our tires from Heartland because they are fair in price and make sure we order tires that wear well on gravel

Heartland Tire & Auto Ankeny is the only place I will take my family’s vehicles! Ryan & Rich run a great store. Service is always prompt, pricing is what was quoted, and they do quality work! Matt has been my tire guy for over 20 years! Jeff is the best mechanic that I know of. He is the only mechanic that I will let work on our vehicles. We are lifelong customers. Keep up the great work!
