I bought a new set of tires Bridgestone Alenza Ultra I am absolutely delighted with them. When I drove away from Heartland in Ankney, it felt like I was floating! on air! such a great ride and quiet! I am thrilled. The staff is always friendly and helpful, every time, I have had my car serviced for the past 13 years and have never had any issues, rudeness or unfriendly attitude express towards me ever! I will continue to go to Heartland for all future service and tires I am very pleased with the service, the patience they have with my questions (some very simple) and they always show great patience THANK YOU !!

We are from Missouri and were visiting family in Waukee when we had a flat tire while traveling along Hickman Road on Nov. 16. We were unable to get the flat tire off our vehicle and called Heartland. An employee came to us, completed the tire change for us and we followed him back to the business where our flat tire was repaired and put back on the vehicle. The cost was much lower than we expected, the service was outstanding and all employees were friendly and honest with us. Will highly recommend this business to anyone living in the area who needs an outstanding and trustworthy. These people are fantastic.
Our family lives on gravel and get a lot of nails in our tires. Lonnie is always good to get us in quickly for repairs. We buy our tires from Heartland because they are fair in price and make sure we order tires that wear well on gravel
